傳統(tǒng)的超聲波清洗機(jī)由于自動(dòng)化程度不高而難以保證零件清洗的均勻性，近年來(lái)逐漸出現(xiàn)了靈活性強(qiáng)、自動(dòng)化程度高的自動(dòng)化超聲波清洗機(jī)。不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了超聲波清洗的自動(dòng)化控制和批量生產(chǎn)，還穩(wěn)定了清洗工藝、提高了清洗效率。這類(lèi)超聲波清洗機(jī)將超聲波清洗和化學(xué)清洗、漂洗、脫水、烘干等工藝結(jié)合，因而有非常高的清洗效率。在傳動(dòng)、烘干、清洗主要使用PLC控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了全自動(dòng)化清洗過(guò)程。

超聲波除垢主要是利用超聲波強(qiáng)聲場(chǎng)處理流體，使流體中成垢物質(zhì)在超聲場(chǎng)的作用下的物理形態(tài)和化學(xué)性能發(fā)生一系列變化，使之不易附著管、器壁形成積垢。作為超聲清洗的特殊應(yīng)用，超聲防垢在未來(lái)將得到廣泛應(yīng)用。

這種方法利用超聲波在固體介質(zhì)中傳播時(shí)能引起介質(zhì)質(zhì)點(diǎn)極大的加速度和作用力這一特點(diǎn)，將超聲波經(jīng)振動(dòng)頭與變幅桿傳送給被清洗工件，從而使工件介質(zhì)質(zhì)點(diǎn)在平衡位置高速振動(dòng)，致使污物被振松而脫離工件，從而達(dá)到清洗目的。目前該振動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)置還在研發(fā)當(dāng)中，未來(lái)將用于顯像管自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上，在我國(guó)高精尖的一線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)之上能夠發(fā)揮其獨(dú)特的功效。

This method makes use of the characteristic that the ultrasonic wave can cause the maximum acceleration and force of the medium particles when it propagates in the solid medium, and transmits the ultrasonic wave to the workpiece to be cleaned through the vibration head and the horn, so that the medium particles of the workpiece can vibrate at a high speed at the equilibrium position, and the dirt can be shaken loose and separated from the workpiece, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. At present, the vibration ultrasonic cleaning machine is still under research and development, and will be used in the automatic production line of picture tube in the future, which can play its unique effect on the top of China's high-end first-line production.
